Terms of Service

    1. Appointments and Cancellations

    We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    2. Arrival Time

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to ensure our next client is not delayed, or may require rescheduling.

    3. Payments and Refunds

    All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

    4. Right to Refuse Service

    Neda Beauty & Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or other clients.

    5. Liability

    Neda Beauty & Hair Salon is not responsible for any damage to personal property or clothing during your visit. We provide smocks to protect your clothing during chemical services.
